THE PROCESS

When you book your picnic, we’ll meet to dive into your plans and vision. During this session, we’ll review everything you’ve organized so far, clarify your expectations, and transition all the details to our team. You’ll also get to choose your perfect setup from our curated lookbook, ensuring every element reflects your style and the magical atmosphere you’re dreaming of.

If you don’t have a location in mind, we’ll send you videos of 3–4 of our favorite spots downtown or on Tybee Island. From there, you can select the perfect setting for your luxury picnic, and we’ll handle the rest to create a seamless and unforgettable experience.
If you’d like to add a photographer or content creator, this is also when we’ll share our curated recommendations to capture every moment beautifully.

On the day of your picnic, our team will arrive one hour before your scheduled time to set up everything perfectly. We’ll send you a pin of the location so you can find it easily, and a custom sign featuring your event’s name will be displayed next to your setup.
You simply arrive and enjoy the experience while we take care of all the details and when it’s over, we handle all the cleanup, leaving you free to relax and savor every moment.
